A travel guide through Ecuador

River People Rafting

As family we have been living in Ecuador for thirteen years and we have been involved in rafting and jungle trips for the last ten years working for the most part in the Tena region where we have pioneered two new river options along with opening commercially the river Intag in the Otavalo region.

Our guides are widely acknowledged to be amongst the most experienced in the country and all speak fluent English and Spanish.

As a family we originate from Ireland and we all work as part of the company which give our tours a personal touch that has helped us to give a safe and reliable service second to none.

Another reason for our consistency has been the stability of our guide and office staff

Not only we've known the whole family for years, but we've been working with them for years too.

Why ? Because they are serious about security and gear, fun all through the day, very professional and they truly love water. So, through the Jatun Yaku river (class III), Jodachi/Hollin (class IV), Lower Misahualli (class IV+) and various others, you can always trust the river family to get an amazing day on the river.

And in the Tena region, whitewater rafting is not to be missed.
